That would make it easy to raise an animal. I've raised a goat (Reserve Grand Champion!) and chickens (blue ribbon, and scars). I've got one year left. Hoping to run for president. Our chapter's really kinda lame and we don't do much, but I think that the floriculture contests are fun. (I did creed speaking freshman year, but didn't place. Was BIG though...woot! :) ) We have a lack of communication right now though. :( I've not gotten many memos, and it's getting kinda old.

But life continues. So what state are you from? I'm from CA. (The only state that wears nude nylons, except at National events. Figure that out.)

Awes that's not cool. We do lots of contests but we're a small chapter. Our dairy team is on their way to state competition right now.
Flori-culture is fun! I loved the hort ones too. I wasn't in FFA as a freshy. Didn't have one at my first high school T^T
I hope your chapter starts communicating more! Its never good when that lacks.

NC. other side of the states. lol. Really? I'd never heard of anyone wearing nudes. Our advisor always made us wear the traditional black. I've never gone to national convention. I'm hoping I have money to go as a chaperon next year though.

yep. I don't have too much opposition, and I'm hoping to turn the chapter around. Our chapter has over 200 members, but less than 50 are active. In CA, if you have an ag class, you're in FFA. It's really lame.

As for the nudes, I don't really care, but I'm tired of being different. In all my clubs, CA's the oddball. It gets really old.

NATIONALS IS AWESOME!!!!!!! I stayed with my uncle in NE, because only the president and myself could go, and I had a ball. We came back with so many good ideas and friendships. He even met a girl from Alaska and Puerto Rico....he was happy.
